Please note that there will be a formatting change in the District’s utility bills going forward. For bills corresponding to meter readings occurring after July 1, 2022, the sanitary sewer and garbage/recycling charges will be combined into a single line item on your bill. The reason for doing this is to eliminate the requirement for the District to charge sales tax on garbage services. This is not a rate increase. We are merely combining the sewer charge and garbage charge. The elimination of sales tax will save the average user approximately $2.00 per month. Please note that there will be no change in the quality or frequency of either service.
Should you have any questions, please contact Municipal Operations & Consulting, LLC using the contact information shown on your bill.
The Board was made aware of unauthorized motor vehicles driving on the District’s soccer field. Please be advised that no motorized vehicles are allowed on the District’s parks or amenity lakes.
